Winter is not a time for becoming — it is a time for shedding.

A time when the psyche asks us to slow, to soften, to let go of what can no longer be carried. Beneath the surface, something quiet and profound is happening — a re-patterning, a re-organisation, a remembering.

This four-week online yoga series is an invitation into the chrysalis:

a sacred pause where grief is given space, release is welcomed, and new life quietly prepares itself to emerge.

The Essence of This Series

Across four consecutive weeks, we move gently and deliberately through the body as a vessel — clearing stagnation, alchemising held tension, and supporting the integration of neural pathways that sustain life. The practices invite a deepening relationship between mind and body, allowing the nervous system to unwind, reorganise, and settle into greater coherence.

Through movement, breath, and meditation, we explore:

• Shedding old skins - identities, tensions, stories, and expectations
• Making space for grief as a wise and necessary companion
• Creating an inner cocoon of safety and containment
• Allowing energy to reorganise and subtly elevate from within

This is the kind of practice that meets you where you are — especially in the places that don’t need fixing, only witnessing.

Weekly Arc

Week One — Entering the Cocoon

We begin by grounding into the body and breath, establishing containment and inner safety. This opening class prepares the nervous system and energetic body for the work ahead, creating a stable vessel from which shedding can occur.

Week Two — The Shedding

This week invites a more active release. Through rhythmic movement, breath, and repetition, we work directly with stagnation held in the body and psyche. Old patterns, tensions, and emotional residue are stirred, challenged, and cleared, making space for something new.

Week Three — Alchemy

Here energy is circulated and refined through potent Kundalini techniques that support integration and reorganisation. What has been loosened and released begins to metabolise, shifting not just the body, but perception and inner orientation.

Week Four — Emergence

The final week carries an elevating quality. Practices support clarity, coherence, and a sense of upward movement through the spine and energetic field. Emergence is not forced, but felt — a natural rising born from the work of shedding and transformation.

Who This Is For

This series is for practitioners who are drawn to Kundalini Yoga as a tool for transformation and release. It is well suited to those navigating change, transition, or emotional clearing, and who are seeking a practice that works with energy, breath, and the nervous system in a direct and embodied way. Some prior experience with yoga or somatic practice is helpful, though not essential.
